These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the "User") and b8bat (the "Platform Operator").

If you access the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms. These terms supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use the b8bat Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to meet any single criterion will result in your account being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. b8bat strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all services.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming are not expressly prohibited by local law.
• You must be registering as an individual natural person using accurate personal information. Corporate accounts or bot registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any b8bat employee or business partner.

b8bat may request identity documentation at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the b8bat Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, or payment methods belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any winnings or bonuses accumulated through a duplicate account will be voided.

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. b8bat will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. b8bat cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

b8bat implements a robust Know Your Customer process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Users may be required to submit a valid national ID, passport, utility bill, or other documents to verify identity and address before a withdrawal request is processed. Failure to complete KYC within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the b8bat Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b8bat supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local and international payment methods. All payment methods must be registered in your own name; third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your b8bat account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. b8bat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposit limits may be adjusted based on account verification status and responsible gaming restrictions applied to your account.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment account belonging to the registered account holder. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• b8bat reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to approving any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000.
• Withdrawals flagged by our fraud detection systems may be placed on hold pending further review.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless explicitly overridden by offer-specific terms:

• Bonuses are credited as non-withdrawable promotional credit until the stated wagering requirement is met. The standard rollover requirement is 10x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses is not permitted.
• b8bat reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at its sole discretion in the event of suspected abuse, technical error, or violation of these terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash equivalent value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred between accounts under any circumstances.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b8bat Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity including collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, use of automated bots or scripts, or any form of cheating to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or depositing funds that are derived from any illegal or criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or drug trafficking.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings generated through a known technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or sharing account credentials with any third party.
• Any conduct that, in b8bat's reasonable opinion, is harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or disruptive to other users, staff, or the integrity of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the b8bat Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of b8bat or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws. No content from this Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without b8bat's prior written consent.

The b8bat name, brand mark, and associated logos are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of any b8bat trademark — including in metatags, domain names, or comparative advertising — is a violation of trademark law and will be pursued accordingly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b8bat, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including — without limitation — loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if b8bat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

b8bat's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your b8bat account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to b8bat. We collect, process, and store your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to our collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. b8bat uses SSL encryption and other industry-standard security protocols to protect your data against unauthorised access.
